  • February 2019 - Directory

    To access your Homeowners/Property Owners Association Board of Directors and Homeowner directory:

    1. Once logged in, use the tabs across the top of your screen to hover over the "Information" tab.
    2. Next select "Directory" from the drop-down menu.
    3. From here you can toggle between the available directory lists for owners, the Board of Directors, and any applicable committees.

    Please note if a homeowner's name or information is not visible, this means either we do not have their contact information, or they have opted-out of sharing their information with other owners. 

  • August 2019 - eCheck Fee Notice Change

    Emailed Notification Sent on 8/5/2019 : 

      

    Effective Immediately the following conditions on eChecks will apply:

     

    Each eCheck processed through your Association's website will incur a fee of $1.99. This fee will be charged at the time the payment is made, and will be debited from the homeowner’s bank account. For example, if the payment is $100.00, and payment is made by eCheck, the homeowner would have one debit of $100.00 and one debit of $1.99. This fee will be displayed to the homeowner prior to their final submission of the payment. 

     

    NOTE: If a homeowner has a recurring eCheck payment setup prior to 8/1/19, their recurring payments will not be charged this eCheck fee.  A fee will be charged if they change their existing setup or add a new setup. 

     

    Homeowners do have options to avoid the $1.99 eCheck Fee:

     

    The homeowner can use their bank’s online BillPay service. AIB is integrated with the BillPay network and receives many of these payments electronically in as little as 2 days.

     

    The homeowner may initiate an ACH Draft, if you wish to set up this service.  eCheck fees do not apply to Management Company administered ACH.

     

    You can always mail your check (payable to your Association) to our Lock Box at: Post Office Box 1439; Commerce, GA 30529-0028 (be sure to include your account number and/or a payment voucher).
